About Wilson
Bluebird is led by Wilson Pham, P.Eng., a Licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario.
Before starting Bluebird (formerly Hausvio), Wilson was part of the team involved in major infrastructure projects across Ontario, including sections of Highway 401 and the expansion of Highway 407.
Working in large-scale construction environments shaped how he views residential renovation. Projects at that level require structure, coordination, and accountability. There is little room for guesswork.
That same mindset carries into every project we take on today.
Not bigger. Just disciplined.
How We Work
We believe good renovation is built on:

We don’t try to be the biggest company.
We aim to be steady, reliable, and thoughtful in how we manage projects.
We take on a limited number of renovations at a time so we can stay involved and accountable.
Growing Carefully
Bluebird has completed a range of residential projects across Toronto and the GTA — from interior upgrades to more complex structural changes.
As we grow, we are focusing more on long-term performance: better insulation, improved air sealing, and energy-conscious decisions where they make sense.
We believe renovation should strengthen a home — not just update its appearance.
